Implement src/platform/darwin.rs to enable support for the Darwin platform.

darwin-libproc is not the version from crates.io because that one has outdated dependencies.

memchr: ~0.2.3 while we already require ^0.2.7

Need to add the hash of the darwin-libproc dependency in outputHashes so the Nix build still works.
